+ Dj Voodoo

From an early age, New Orleans native Frank Carlino, Jr (aka Dj Voodoo), has played his signature breakbeat and electro sound at local NOLA establishments as well as high visibility events across the country. DJ Voodoo’s roots as an electronic music artist may have been established at an early age, but it wasn’t until running a record store in the greater New Orleans area was his true calling emerged through the founding of ‘Black Magic Records’, by both Frank Carlino and Michael Scott Baldenhofer (aka The Liquid Method). Together their sound reached global status with their 1995 breakout hit “Everybody Thinks I’m High and I Am” on Black Magic Records.

Dj Queen Victoria

Dj Queen Victoria

Across Australia to the USA, Vikki aka Dj Queen Victoria wears the crown with booming bombshell pride, beaming  Stereosonic, Summafieldaze and Future Music Festival on the southern lands. Throughout Asia in Singapore, Tokyo, KL, Indonesia and Thailand, her sound is viral while Vegas, Ibiza and Zurich feel the tingle when she ravages the console. Firing on fierce bills shared with Armin Van Buuren, Avicii, Tiesto, Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Zedd, as well as Sven Vath, Ritchie Hawtin & Solomun. Queen Victoria is royalty on the decks where EDM knows her best. On a national scale, she blitzed the Pump It Up Volume 6 compilation on mix duties while taking the country’s most exclusive club spots by storm.

Following in the success of Hardwell, Laidback Luke, Dannic and Afrojack, Vikki carries a wealth of pristine power in the EDM world, together with a decade of respected involvement in the industry from radio presenter to radio music director and journalist. With experience at the BBC, Radio Metro and Scene Magazine, and a Masters Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, she glistens in the name of music.

Erupting studio speakers, Queen Victoria is flammable on the electronic food chain, with tracks signed to 405 Recordings, Homebrew, Safari Records and now Journees Music (USA). ‘Found My Place’ with Rae, climbed to #20 on Music Weeks UK Upfront Club Chart while the anticipation runs high for the collaboration with Weekend Millionaire on ‘Biscuit’ is on the Radio Metro CD that she mixed, out now on Central Station Records. On the VMS tip diggin’ deeper, her alliance with Solstay on ‘Chasin’ is on high alert as Fedde Le Grand will be remixing & releasing it on his label Flamingo Records.
